	FUCHENG GARDENS - Beijing, China Integral Designs International Inc., a Washington, D.C., architect with offices in China and Singapore, brought Andersen® windows to the Fucheng Garden development located in Beijing, China. Its vision for the 500-unit residential development demanded that only products of the highest quality be used in the project's construction. As a result, the firm insisted that Andersen windows be used. The commitment to quality clearly was a successful approach for Chinese developer Beijing Hong Da Real Estate Co., Ltd. Today, 250 European-style villas stand complete, shining examples of the $4 million investment in Andersen windows. And the popularity of the villas prompted the project developer to break ground on an additional 250 villas.
