Located in Centralia Ontario, a community north of London Ontario, Dashwood
has been supplying window and door products to the building industry for over
three quarters of a century. Initially a family run business with roots in
wood-working and millwork supply, Dashwood evolved through the years into a
high quality supplier of window and door products. A milestone in that
evolution occurred in1995 when Dashwood was purchased by the Andersen
Corporation. Today Dashwood offers an exciting array of product including
new construction and replacement windows. Dashwood distributes the complete
Andersen Window and Patio Door lines in Ontario and Eastern Canada.
Dashwood is a proud member of the Canadian Window and Door Manufacturing
Association ( CWDMA ). Our products are tested using the requirements of the
Canadian Standards Association ( CSA-A440 ), and to the standards of the
Energy Star program. We are also active in many local chapters of the Ontario
Home Builders Association.
Our tradition of community involvement and sponsorship of humanitarian
causes continues at Dashwood. Dashwood is a proud participant in the “Habitat
for Humanity” program. This past year we participated in a Habitat build as
part of Andersen Corporation’s 100 years / 100 homes commitment. As well,
Dashwood and its associates sponsor the United Way chapters in Huron and
Middlesex counties.
